What can Exercise do for You?
Excercise is good for you. It improves your health and can prolong your life. Here are some of the benefits of a regular excercise program.
Increased Energy
Exercising on a regular basis makes your body more efficient at burning calories. This gives you added energy throughout the day.
Increased Metabolism
Some forms of physical excercise build muscle mass. Increased muscle mass produces higher metabolism. Research has shown that each extra pound of muscle allows you to burn anywhere from 50-100 calories when at rest.
Reduced Stress
Stress levels are dramatically reduced by regular excercise. Reduced stress tends to make you more productive, more pleasant to be with and it does a lot of good for your heart.
...Sleep Memory Heart Sex
Regular excercise helps you relax easier. It helps you sleep better, improves your memory, reduces the risk of heart attack, improves your self-esteem and is partially responsible for making you feel sexier.
